Prior to joining Capri Loans, Narendra was associated with Aavas Financiers Ltd., where he was responsible for managing the credit processes and evaluating the credit worthiness of customers for sanctioning loans. His work deliverables also included managing the portfolio & collections. Across his career, he was associated with organizations like Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Ltd. (formerly known as DHFL) , HDB Financial Services Ltd., Shriram City Union Finance Ltd., Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd., Citizen Credit Co-operative Bank Ltd. & HDFC Bank Ltd.
