Prasanna has more than two decades of work experience. Prior to joining Capri Global, he was associated with Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd as National Head Collections, where he was responsible for heading recovery & collections Pan India. His work deliverables included controlling & monitoring portfolio delinquency, devising & implementing long term strategic plans instrumental in achieving collection targets , customer relationship management and process enhancement. Also, he was responsible for risk control ,asset reconstruction & debt management, identifying & adopting emerging trends to achieve organizational objectives and profitability.

During his tenure, he was associated with organizations like PNB Housing Finance Ltd , Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd, Deutsche Postbank Home Finance Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd, Corpbank Homes Limited & Geosoft Technologies Ltd.
