Mr. Yashesh Pankaj Bhatt has around 16 years of work experience in handling entire secretarial profile of equity listed, debt listed, unlisted and foreign companies. Prior to joining Capri Global, he was associated with various organization including L & T Financial Services, Tata Housing Development Company, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Shapoorji Pallonji Infra Group and Reliance Industries Limited. In addition to Company Secretary, he has completed Bachelor of Law from Advani law collage (Mumbai University) and Master’s of Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
